Microsoft Calling….

Our Clients have informed us that once again the fraudsters are after your money.

If you receive a telephone call, allegedly from Microsoft, hang up. The purpose of the scam is to trick you into allowing these questionable companies to access your pc remotely, allegedly find malware, and then sell you non existent anti-virus software. Once you have handed over your credit card details, your bank account empties like bath water.

MICROSOFT do not telephone customers. You have been warned!!!!!

OS Lion

Hi Guys. Just thought i would update you on my experience with OS Lion. DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Whilst i have seriously struggled to locate all 250 new features, i have constantly seen problems with stability, reliability and speed. I have now gone back to Snow Leopard and my MAC is back to normal. I am not sure what Apple has done with LION but they certainly have not made any improvement in my opinion. If you have a nice stable system using Snow Leopard, then don’t bother upgrading to LION. You will have nothing but frustration.

OS Lion

Hi All,

I thought i would take this opportunity to update you all on the new Lion operating system upgrade released late last week.
Unfortunately, i am a little disappointed with the upgrade despite all the hype. Whilst i can see some obvious changes, i have already amended preferences in Mail to revert it to the earlier edition. Further, i do not like changes made to search parameters which seem to make the procedure more complex.
Address Book and Calendar appear to have had a new “child friendly” template over writing the original easy to use format which i can’t stand! Other than that, i am pushed to find the 250 new and improved changes made.
Whilst i am a strong advocate of Apple Mac, i would not recommend upgrading at this time. Once i have had more time to test different aspects of Lion , i will provide you with my revised opinions.
For your information, once purchased, you may upgrade any Mac device linked to your ITunes account free of charge.
Regards
CARL
